About this 3D model

Background This is a plug I designed to cap off the OEM Subaru PCV electrical connector when you remove the “sensor”, typically when installing an AOS or when cleaning up the engine bay. You end up pulling the jumper from the white hose/electrical connector “sensor” and inserting it into the grey connector to prevent throwing a CEL. These really have no function that I can to let you know it's disconnected which would be a massive vacuum leak. Most people just tape up the connector to prevent water from entering but I wanted something cleaner looking that was easily reversible. Printing Instructions Material - ASA or PC (you will need a material heat resistant enough to survive engine bay temperatures) 0.1mm Layer Height 0.4mm Nozzle Maximize # of walls Installation Instructions Remove your existing white hose/electrical connector “sensor”. Pull the jumper out of the white connector with some needle nose pliers. Insert the jumper into the grey connector, ensuring it's fully seated. Insert the printed plug into the grey connector until the locking tab is captured. Tuck up the wires out of the way and secure with a zip tie.
