I get the tags cheaply from amazon and easily programed by a phone app, a variety of information can be added. your customers and friends simply have to read it with their nfc enabled phones, your site or page will open. These are 1mm thick with a pause at0.56 to add the nfc sticker. surface if flat and ironed ready for you to add your own text, in BS, I found a height of 0.2 was good, you could paint multicolour or, like me, add another pause and change filament for the text.
