This funerary stele is a portrait of Ailia Philemation, the deceased, as she is sitting down and raising her arm to brush aside her veil. On the right, there is a wicker basket for wool, which is likely an allusion to domestic chores. It comes from Cyzicus (today's Turkey) from 2nd or 3rd century AD.
