Wide mouth funnel for Baby Formula (powder). This funnel was designed to help pediatic nurses move bulk baby formula into smaller bottles. It fits in a common bottle used at the place my wife works. When printed out of PETG it survives being run through the sterilizer dishwasher as long as you use a fairly dense infill.
