About this 3D model

UPDATE: I’ve updated the model. I’ve transformed the original 5-coil design into a new 4-coil model with wider coil spacing for greater damping effect. You can print the body using PLA, ABS, or PETG filament. The part named “Slot Profile Coil Spring” is not suitable for PLA. Since PLA is a brittle material, it breaks quickly. Therefore, I recommend printing it with ABS or PETG. I printed it with ABS, and it still retains its flexibility. Hello, I designed a suspension for rc cars. The helical spring profile is not exactly circular and has flat edges, making it more robust and easy to print. You can attach it to your vehicle with M3 bolt. I uploaded all the print-related settings as a screenshot.
