About this 3D model
My son wanted to dress as Harley Quinn from DC Superhero Girls for Halloween. Only problem is the costume didn't come with a mask. So I made one for him. The print is actually printed flat. Then I hit it with a heat gun until it reached the glass transition temperature and became flexible. Then I molded it to my face (because I'm not going to press hot plastic to a four-year-old's face), and added a foam sheet backing for a little comfort. I also recognize it's a million times easier to Cricut and heatform something like this, but I don't have a Cricut, and if you're here, neither do you! So get over it!
