About this 3D model

This beautiful marble sculpture, originally from 1856 by Danish artist J. A. (Jens Adolf) Jerichau (1816 - 1883), depicts a little girl gazing down at three kittens she is holding whilst an adult cat (most likely the mother) brushes itself alongside the girl's leg. The version of the sculpture held in the SMK collection is an authorized replica, carved in marble by O. Glosimodt in 1886.
