About this 3D model

This is a simple dovetail puzzle piece. I have started to print them in pairs with simplified countries from Europe of places that I have been. I will add photos as I print each one. Infill is set at 10% and I have printed these on my Anycubic i3 Mega S with a heated bed at 60 degrees and Anycubic White PLA at 200 degrees. I noticed on the test piece that there was some issues with overlap (tiny holes around the inside) but having an overlap of 30% seemed to do the trick. I also printed with them scaled down to 88x40mm (as a pair). Sorry about the quality of the photos I have added.
