About this 3D model

Design This fidget has similar characteristics to a butterfly knife, but in a simple, smooth, and forgiving package. It's designed to print in place with zero supports, and has two weight options depending on how “slingey” you want it to be. Printing Resolution: .2mm Walls/Perimeters: 3-4 Infill: 20% Supports: nope Weights Some weight is required to give the Finger Slinger momentum, so there are two options. Printed Weight: A cool looking insert that provides great balance and agility. (print at 100% infill) Skateboard Bearing: For insane performance and crazy speed, a 22x7x8mm bearing can be used. Freeing the Fidget To break the model loose, follow these steps: *don't be afraid to use a bit of force First, give it a slight bend until the arms pop away from each other: Then push the top arm out to free the bearing: Notes Both weight options should press fit nicely into the top arm, but a little glue isn't a bad idea if they seem loose. Scaling: My hands are on the bigger side, so the fidget may be a little large for some people. If you need to scale it up or down, +/- 20% is the threshold before tolerances get messy. I'd love to hear feedback on this design and continue developing it, so let me know what you think!
