About this 3D model

This is an easy to print rotary sharpener that will fit any desk or drawing table. I am using this sharpener with good satisfaction for my Caran d'Ache Fixpencils. This sharpener has been tested and works for the Caran d'Ache Fixpencil 2mm and the Kita-Boshi 2mm pencil. 2020-02-28 update:The added file fixpencil_3mm_BIC_2mm_sharpner_ingress.stl is to be used with the Caran d'Ache Fixpencil 3mm or the BIC Criterium 2mm. To complete the assembly you will need to build an abrasive ring by cutting a cone of revolution out of sand paper and glue it to the 3D printed ring. I would recommend to use water resistant glue as the sharpener is subject to regular water cleaning. A template is provided made available to download and print in order to facilitate the build process.
