(please download the new file if you still have the old one) keep in mind: The lower the layer height , the smoother the model and the easier the twist If you print the core with 100% infill , it is heavier and will go up and down more easily If you have problems with the tolerances, and it does not move, scale the Z axis a little higher . then the angle when printing is not so steep, and it should print even smoother Happy Printing and Fidgeting!
