About this 3D model

For Ender3 Pro there aren't many optios to allocate the powersupply when add the second Z Axis rod. That mod force to move the original position of the power supply.I look for the easiest, simple way and if possible don't use tools to install. Hope this version works for you, just drop the PS inside and slide in the 40x40 extruded support.
