The Insta360 ONE R is an awesome camera, but if you need to record for very long periods of time, you need to plug in USB power via the Type-C socket. With the battery connected, people have reported that their cameras have shut off after about 60-90 minutes. This dummy battery replaces the camera's battery inside the Insta360 ONE R enclosure so that you're just powering the camera directly from USB and not constantly charging/draining the battery as well. Update: The core module still builds up quite a lot of heat, even without the battery there, so I just uploaded a second version with a gap directly below the core module to help allow it to dissipate the heat a little better.
