About this 3D model

During a summer swim two years ago, I managed to rip off the skimmer flap. I own a 3D printer and I can model, I tried to model the closest possible copy of a torn piece. The black part in the photos is a new version, the blue part in the photos is an older version that I have had in the pool for two years and is much stronger than the flap that was there before. All that is needed is to stick polystyrene.
