This is the second character for our Hydro Guild, who manage the flow of water across the underhive. The first character can be found here: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-valve-keeper-hydro-guild-760585 The Tidemaster's job is to procure and organise the supply of fresh drinking water to the different sectors of the undercity, deciding how much each District receives and ensuring the water's purity is correct for different uses, and different people. He is an almost mystical figure who seams to be able to sense water running through the foundations of the planet, even finding new sources on excursions into the wastes. The barrel on his back is ready to collect samples of these discoveries, helping him to decide which locations to invest in new extraction wells. He can also detect anyone who is selling water on the black market, drawn to the valuable barrels like a moth to a flame. You don't want attract the attention of this moth though...
