Used as lethal weapons of war, the soulless Automata follow their master’s orders without question. Dangerous knives and contraptions hide just beneath their porcelain skin shells. Seen as nothing more than tools by the Puppeteers who command them, the Automata are ruthlessly effective. But occasional malfunctions and hesitations to carry out an order cause some to believe they may be developing sentience.
