About this 3D model

This was inspired by Big Clives flashing LED panels. Only I wanted to add my own spin to it rather than build something everyone elce is building. The only part that requires special steps is printing the tape reels. You will want to split them in half on your slicer or you can use support material. Everything else prints with out issue. The back panel will just about print on a Ender 3 printer. The elctronics you will have to do your self.
