Archie, the Tawny Frogmouth is an animal familiar of my d&d group's sorcerer, which I modelled for my friend. There's three versions of him, one with a base, one without, and one with the tawny frogmouth separated from the tree trunk (in case you'd like to kitbash him on one of your players shoulders).
