Boost Me Hope you find this useful. Thanks for looking and appreciate likes and boosts. Summary Replacement wheel and clip for bottom rack on Frigidaire UltraQuiet II dishwasher. Update: although I intend to print this with ABS eventually, my test print was done using PLA. I ran the PLA version through a wash using "high temp wash" and "heated dry". To my surprise, there was no warping whatsoever. I'm keeping the PLA version in the dishwasher for now to see how it holds up. I would still recommend using ABS but if you only have PLA it does seem to work. Instructions Print wheel and spindle separately. Wheel doesn't need any rafts or supports. Spindle needs supports. After printing spindle, clean raft material and use drill bits to clean up holes. (UPDATE: I've added a print profile which won't need much cleanup or drilling. Just needs supports removal).
