About this 3D model

I had 0.28mm layer height and 150mm/s with Pla+ filament. Optional to put support under the hook but totally fine without it. I have printed it with %30 infill to make it durable but I guess %20 would have been enough either because it is very, very durable the way it is right now. The gap between the top and the bottom that fits the table is 35 mm. You need to measure your desk before printing.
