This kitchen utensil holder was made to free up desk space in my kitchen. Mise en place is a “slogan” for everything in order in the kitchen. Defined as a culinary process in which ingredients are prepared and organized (as in a restaurant kitchen) before cooking. Prints without supports, and only need 4 small selftapping/wood screws 3x15 to mount the bracket to a kitchen cabinet or something alike. The holder can slide upwards, so it can be easily removed for cleaning etc. It's hold in place by 3mm slim dovetails. 2 walls is fine, but maybe use 3 if you have a lot of heavy utensils.
