I needed a feedthrough through my back panel. So I quickly drew one myself. 45° angle for a 4mm PTFE with 2 M3x8 and two melt-in nuts. You need a 3mm drill and a 4.2mm drill to drill the holes in the panel. Melt in the nuts. Drill the first hole, attach the part with a washer to determine the second hole and also drill it. Screw in the feedthrough once and then drill the angled feedthrough with the 4.3mm drill.
