About this 3D model

I have just started to tinker with blender and I chose this as my first project, I expect there to be some (many) errors in the file, know that before you download it. I'm a complete noob at this so I'm very open to any and all suggestions you have on the subject. The file is built into 3 pieces: External helmet, internal face helmet and breather base.
