About this 3D model
An original design by Zurlingo-3D, specifically for the 'Creality Cloud Wall Hook Design Contest' Z-Board Features: A modular tool/storage solution for any wall or flat vertical surface. Interlocking boards with a satisfying press fit join. Completely customizable in terms of size, shape, and how many pegs you need to use. Every hole and peg has a M12x1.75 thread, so there's no risk of anything falling off. Each peg is capable of supporting over 1KG!! Large handy storage tray included, with a spot for a sticky label name tag. Each Z-Board had 6 holes for mounting, so the total weight holding capacity is extremely high. Position pegs to hold almost any shaped object. A range of press fit trim pieces for finishing off the edges. Lots more base boards and peg designs will be uploaded regularly so check back for updates. I'm also looking for community suggestions for different boards and pegs. If you have any specific requirements, then get in touch for a custom board. All pieces of the Z-Board assembly are extremely easy to print. I have also assembled parts into groups to make printing quicker. 'Z-Board And Pegs' – This is 1 base board and 6 pegs ready for slicing. 'Full Set of Trims' – This is a full set of all edging trims, grouped and ready to slice. You may want to add or remove certain trims to match your desired overall shape of Z-Board. All files will print support free but the 'Z-Board Tray' will potentially need some tree support if your printer isn't dialled in for bridging/overhangs. I have also included all parts individually so you can choose your own groups if required. The only files you need to print in order to create a 300x150mm Z-Board and Tray are: 'Z-Board And Pegs' 'Z-Board Tray' Recommended Print Settings: Nozzle Size: 0.4mm Layer Height: =<0.25mm Perimeters: 3 Retraction: 0.8mm @ 60mm/s Z Seam Alignment: Random (Personal Choice) Top/Bottom Layers: 4 Skin Overlap Percentage: 20% (Personal Setting) Infill Density: 10% Infill Pattern: Gyroid (Personal Choice) Printing Temp: 205 Degrees Build Plate Temp: 60 Degrees Bridge Mode: On Cooling Fan: 100% Supports: Off (Unless you struggle with the tray) Build Plate Adhesion: Skirt (A brim will affect fitment) This design was an entry in a competition that ended up placing in the top 5.
