Fragment of the tomb of Paul Esprit Feydeau de Brou, Keeper of The Seals; originally in the church of Saint-Merry in Paris.Above the figure of the lamenting woman and the medallion portrait of the deceased was once a funeral urn (now lost). We know the composition of the monument from a drawing by the artist now in the Musée Carnavalet.
