This improved base sandwiches the wiring between the base and the lampshade, physically preventing the wires from falling out of their original slots. Of course, this redesigned base also retains the original wire securing method; you can choose between the two. The base also has recesses for anti-slip stickers. You can purchase 12x2.5mm circular anti-slip silicone stickers, although it’s entirely optional; the recesses are simply provided for those who prefer to use them. Adding them significantly enhances anti-slip performance. It must be said, this lamp design is truly superb.
