About this 3D model

This is the first of what I like to call a “reverse style” lightbox. I had a conversation with @DiveRSQ, during which we dicussed this style. Essentially instead of having a back cover with a lip, why not make the front have the lip. You could then print the rear cover and body as a single large part and have the front face attach like the rear cover normally does. We all fear the filament “Wisps” screwing up the face of our models. This would result in a large amount of loss time and materials. With the reverse style, you have a much quicker print and less material waste if you get some wispy bits crashing the party. Its also more practicle to print just the face with a smaller nozzle and not the casing too. This is a Lola Sqishable lightbox. I have made the face .8mm thick instead of my usuauly .6mm to give it a little more strength. There is a sawtooth hanger cutout and a hole for wiring LEDs. The white belly is perfect for those looking to add some customization. You can easily add a name with the text option in Bambu Slicer. I have also included a small stand to help is stand up better.
