About this 3D model

For my printers (Raise3D E2 and Bambulab A1 Mini) I have chosen a gap width of 0.050 mm, as this allows me to optimize the profiles / templates for the different filaments in the respective slicers IdeaMaker and Bambu Studio so that the test parts can be assembled with minimal force, without being too loose. It is always recommended to start with a standard profile and then carry out the optimization in several steps. Warning: The printed parts must have enough time to cool down after printing, otherwise they are still too swollen and will not fit together properly!
