About this 3D model

Twenty years ago at Siggraph 2001 — a medical imaging company was demonstrating their new 3D scanner. It used three precisely positioned cameras on a rig and some mathematics to triangulate the polygon mesh. Two decades later — I have been given access to a 3D printer, and this was the first test print. The polygons needs some cleaning up, and it needs the rest of a head. Maybe someone has the tools to make these improvements?
