Mine is a raspberry pi 4 with 4gb ram and uses a 250GB SSD to run retropi, rasbian, and kodi all on one platform. Tutorials already exist for how to upload the software, read from a usb/hardrive, and how to load desktop and kodi into emulation station. But I am open to help answer questions if a google search is not helpful. This does require a 7 inch touchscreen, raspberry pi 4, hardrive, battery, 30mm 5v fan, and some custom wire harnesses all listed along with amazon photos in the google drive.
