About this 3D model

These are three free models from my Ancient Amphora Pack so you can try and test them. The first is a generic narrow shipping amphora, the one I used to build that small vignette that represents how such amphorae might have been stacked when in a ship or warehouse (the cord, just a common sewing thread, implies it's a ship.) It might not look like it, but there are 101 models in there, and a ship might have carried thousands of them. These have a very narrow base, so you will need to glue them for them to stand upright. This model comes hollowed, with a hole at the top, and pre-supported. I also have added a solid, unsupported version. The second is also a fairly generic amphora but more round and with a flat base, which is easier to use for miniatures. This one comes solid and can be printed as it is, but if you want, a 1mm wall thickness and a 1.5-6mm hole should work. The third is a somewhat unique type of column krater, with a lid of some kind (which is rare, but I saw it in a drawing once and I liked it.) These were vessels used for mixing or diluting wine. To use with heroic-scale miniatures, or if you just want larger models, rather than strict 28mm or for a diorama, you might need to scale them up a bit first. Scale them down too much is not recommended since some parts (like the handles or the bottom "spike") are quite narrow, but they should print fine at 70-80% scale.
