Design points: This model is a complete modification of the following three phases, which were once made as a mechanical tool due to the complexity of the operating motion, as Motor-Driven.- Phase 2 - #2 & 3 BRGs are geared to synchronize and can be turned by 2 Knobs.- Phase 3 - All BRGs are connected with Gearbox and can be turned by Single Knob.- Phase 4 ? Phase 3 + Additional GB. This is my Target Model to turn Single Lever. In particular, I worked hard to solve about how to absorb large movements of the # 2 & 3 bearing shaft back and forth, up and down, and left and right. - “Ball bearings” are used for the rotating shaft - “Steel balls” are used for the slide shaft - “Metal universal joints” are used for the connections of shaftIt was possible to drive the # 1 and # 2&3 bearing shafts with individual motors, but since each shaft shifts due to the different load, I made a “Synchronous gearbox” to make it one motor.
