About this 3D model
1/14 Cab Tilt for Tamiya Globe Liner I wasn’t happy with the only cab‑tilt design I could find online, so I built my own from scratch. Its designed to print with zero supports. Before you buy or do any cutting please note -I’ve only test‑fitted it on my own Globe Liner, which isn’t stock, so this design is untested on other Globe liners. -The magnet mounts are also untested. Front Mounting You’ll need to cut the bottom front mounts off the cab floor. The main mount bolts straight on, and you can drill a second hole using the mount as a guide for extra strength. Drilling the extra hole is optional — the tilt works without it. I suggest adding a piece of string where the main cab mount bolts to the arms to limit the cab tilt Rear Magnet Mounts (Or all floor mounts if don't want to use the front tilt mount) I’ve also designed new rear mounts (middle + rear possible) that use 6 mm × 3 mm magnets. To use these, you’ll need to cut the rear cab‑floor mounts off, then glue the magnet covers on top of the floor slight grove for easy alinement then glue the magnets in the floor of the old floor mount holes should already be 6mm.
