I created these Christmas ornaments with car Porsche 356. The decoration contains two car silhouettes on both sides. For the decoration to work, you must use LED for balloons. LED is easily available on Amazon. E.g. companies Lihao. The decoration has a 13 mm diameter hole that allows the installation of LEDs with a silicone ring. It is best to print the decoration slowly without supports.
