About this 3D model
I own a couple API 4WW Water Wiggler Water Agitator for Bird Baths and the raccoons are always chewing up the floats and the little plastic mount. I designed these replacement parts based roughly on the original parts, but tweaked them a bit to my liking. Specifically I made the floats larger, so they produce larger ripples in the water. Here is a link to the onshape files if you want to make any modifications. Make sure to print the floats with less than 100% infill so they float better. I printed them at .3mm layer height. The mount can be printed with any infill, but make sure to do a few solid top and bottom layers and several walls for strength. I printed it at .2mm layer height. The metal arm should be a tight fit in the mount, but the floats should slide easily. PETG would be better than PLA since they tend to be in the sun. I suppose ASA would be ideal.
