"This is a replacement gear for the BOSH 0142800004 window clutch. This part has undergone several versions, and this is the best one. I've tested it, and it works perfectly. The part needs to be printed with nylon (similar to the original part) to ensure durability over time and prevent breakage. Here's how to replace the part: Print the gear with Nylon filament. As shown in image 2, cut the old nylon gear and extract the metal part inside. Be careful to only cut the plastic and avoid damaging the metal. The result need to be like the image 3. The 3D-printed gear is designed to perfectly fit with the metal part, ensuring long-term durability (see image 1). The 3D-printed gear has a hole slightly smaller than the metal gear. This allows the small toothed piston to be pressed in, creating tooth shapes in the plastic for better adherence. On one of the faces, the gear is rounded to prevent collision with the metal case and minimize wear. I hope this design can help someone.
