Print this in vase mode, single perimeted, %0 infill, 0 top layers, one continuous line for the walls. (Different slicers might call it by different names.) Size is just nice for smaller tools, socket wrenches, ratchets, deburring tools etc. Once you have enough of them, use general purpose glue like UHU, Elmer's whicever you have access to. Better to use something which won't dissolve the plastic and yet stay a little elastic, then build your honeycomb. You can mix and match colors, different filament types.
