About this 3D model

I ordered 100 plastic razor scraper blades, and they came in a flimsy cardboard box, so I designed something less flimsy. The box holds just over 100 blades. The plastic razor blades I am referencing are 38.2mm x 17.8mm. V2 Update: I've made an updated version of this model that uses two 8mm x 3mm magnets to hold the lid in place better. I used the 8x3 magnets that can be bought in the bambulab store here https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/round-magnet?id=42424856510600 The holes in the model for the magnets are .2mm larger than the actual magnets. Make sure your flow and K Value are calibrated, so the magnets and lid fit correctly. You will likely need a drop of super glue to hold the magnets in place. The flannel lid version prints 2 colors within the same layers, so you will need AMS for that. The first layer is very complicated, so make sure your build plate is clean and you have good adhesion. To print this pattern correctly, you cannot swap the black with the other color as the 2 parts use different line widths on the first layer. If you upload the flannel pattern into Bambu Studio, Go to Quality-Wall Generator and change it from Classic to Arachne. Classic wall generator no longer prints the black lines correctly with this model. Also, make sure you print the black filament first, on the first layer. You can do this by clicking the settings button next to the build plate in Bambu Studio. The Herringbone lid does not require AMS, you can load the model into your slicer, print it one color, or do a color change on layer 3. The print profile I uploaded has the first 2 layers of the lid as a different color. And there is a plain version if you hate having fun, or if you want to add your own thing to it. I have also added dividers. This should still fit the full 100 pack of blades, it has the same amount of empty space in the interior. However I no longer have all 100 blades to confirm. It has also been brought to my attention that not all of these blades are the same dimension. I only have the brand "Foshio" which can be bought on USA Amazon. If they change the dimensions of their blades, let me know. There are also the V1 Models which do not use magnets, and don't have the dividers. There is a flannel version, and a plain version.
