About this 3D model
These are easy-to-assemble stabilizing bars with a pronounced inclination angle, making the printer more effective and rigid. After assembly, vibrations are practically non-existent. Print Settings Printer: Artillery X1, Ortur 4 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.16 Infill: 20% - 30% Filament: everyone Pla, Pla+ everyone Notes: I printed in 65mm/s with 0.4 nozzle (Artillery) How I Designed This=================== Improve the printing Before making this design, I had tried some already made ones found on Thingiverse but they didn't work very well for me. So I decided to make them from scratch, aiming for the weak points and looking at the printer's anchor points to make it as rigid as possible. Printing: I didn't use any support. The materials needed for assembly are: 16 units : M5 nuts 4 units : M5 X 10mm 2 units : M3 X 10mm 2 units : M5 X 60mm 4 units : M5 X 15mm 16 units : M5 X 20 mm 4 units : M5 X 25mm 2 units : 605mmX 12 (rod, tube, etc) I used hollow aluminum and it's great.
