About this 3D model
Steam Scope Lid Vent – Industrial Style Kitchen Gadget This 3D printable “Steam Scope” is a fun and functional kitchen accessory designed to slightly lift your pot lid and safely release steam while cooking. Inspired by industrial pipe design, this miniature periscope-style tube allows steam to escape in a controlled way — helping prevent lid rattling, boil-over, and excess condensation. ✔ Keeps lid slightly open ✔ Releases steam safely ✔ Reduces boil-over risk ✔ Fun industrial aesthetic ✔ Easy to print Perfect for soups, pasta, stews, and slow cooking. How It Works The curved pipe hooks onto the rim of your pot and gently props the lid open by a few millimeters, allowing steam to escape upward through the vertical tube.
