This is the adapter block for the Voron Revo LGX Lite echo system. https://www.bondtech.se/product/mini-after-lgx-lite-upgrade-kit-for-voron-v0/ You will need 4 M3x6 button head screws. There is a jig included to cut the PTFE tube to the correct length.
