Summary My daughter wanted to make a house for the tooth fairy to live in that looked like a tooth so we started with Dakke's design and added a door, windows and a chimney. The door was designed to work with a miniature doll's house hinge which I epoxied into place. We made one at 100% and one with all the dimensions scaled by 150% (so 340% volume) which was even better.
