About this 3D model
about. I love the TS100/TS101 soldering tips for threaded inserts from CNCKitchen. It does indeed make life a lot easier when you use these a lot! :) I disliked having the tips just loose in their little bag, so I decided to give them a new home. As I store my TS100 in a larger tin box, I wanted a small-ish case for just the tips to throw in there. The tips have a simple M5 thread, so I build the design around that. The lid just pushes on from the side, held by little notches, and with a satisfying clack when closed :) BOM. You need some very simple, additional hardware: M5 nut - x6 M5 bolt, countersunk head, 12-16mm - x6 printing advice. The files are designed around a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Print the files in the given orientation, no supports needed :)
