About this 3D model

Still work in progress! This is for tangle-free transport of apple earpods with AUX Plug. I printed with the X1C with a 0,4 mm nozzle on a cool plate with 45°C during the entire print. I used the 0,16mm “optimal @BBL X1C” preset. Changed parameters: 10% Gyroid Infill, Support enabled on build plate only. Filament: Bambu PLA Tough Grey It needs minimal cleanup at bottom supports with a pair of pliers and a deburring tool and inside of the earbud area with a deburring tool. The Earbuds have to be rotated two ways at the same time to be inserted in their designated slot (around the long achsis / stalk of the bud while moving the cable-end of the bud from across the holder to the inside-bottom of the holder) . I'll add a video as soon as I get to it. The Cable needs to be wrapped around and clipped into one of the circular slots.
