Test print details (Prints shown in the image) Printer - Bambulab X1C Carbon Print plate - Bambulab Smooth PEI Plate / High Temp Plate Glue - Bambulab Liquid Glue Material - Bambulab PETG - Transparent I would suggest to print this model in PETG or ABS since PLA is brittle and might not give a good result. PETG and ABS have a better flexibility than PLA. The test print had a really good snug fit both for the phone holder grip as well as the locking attachment which holds the overall assembly. Please let me know if the fit you get is too loose or too tight, I can tweak the dimensions for you. This could be due to difference in filaments, temperatures and the nozzles. Details of print profiles I have used 100% infill to get a good grip and tweaked the design to balance the flexibility. Therefore, try to print this using 100% infill and also let me know in the comments if you get a better result in a different infill %.
