Normally appearing as a humanoid of some sort, it is unknown to most of the slave population that the city is run by Lamia. Like most creatures in the Menagerie I suspect that they were transported here by some sort of magical means. However, unlike most of the creatures and settlements in the Menagerie they don’t have a portal and pocket dimension they call home.
