These burial sites are filled with coffins and sarcophagi, which were used to bury the remains of ancient nobles and warriors, often with their most precious wealth and weapons. It is not uncommon for the various kingdoms of Skutaagard to send expeditions to clean out and seal these mounds, home to so many Draugr that pose a real risk to the surrounding areas.
