A holder for cuttings to allow people to propagate plants in their home. An elegantly simple solution that allows any open container to be used effectively, old glasses, cups, jars, mugs, broken water bottles, beer cans, etc. by scaling the design appropriately. The sustainability impact is that often people use tape or ties to attach cuttings to containers and by giving a reusable solution it cuts down landfill waste while utilising peoples desire to retain containers to propagate in to already cut down on waste. The design is based on my experience as a young Horticultural apprentice, allowing the stems to be submerged for rooting, leaves kept dry to prevent mould and a slit to ensure that the rooted cutting can be slid out of the holder to protect the roots from damage.
