BetterBox 2 Part Hinge With Customizable Dividers M3 Screws - Amazon US: link M3 Screws - Amazon EU: link With all the success of the Print In Place BetterBox series there was a small percentage of people that had the hinges fuse together for one reason or another. According to my numbers it was about 0.8% of people, which still was enough for me to get to work and redesign the hinge in 2 separate parts (secured with a standard M3 screw) for easier printing. This works SO WELL! You can even adjust how loose or tight you want the box to open and close based on how tight you make the screw, very cool! As a bonus since this is now printed in two halves, it can easily be printed on printers with small build plates like the A1 Mini! This box prints with “mouse ears” at the corners to help with adhesion to the build plate. Once printed, you can remove them with your fingers but it's best to use a deburring tool or utility knife. This is another version of my 2 Part Hinged Box and part of my BetterBox series! Check out the rest of the lineup HERE This fits X1C/X1E and P1P/P1S hot end assemblies. Note: The hot ends must have the fan installed on them to fit. FEATURES: 2 part hinge for easy printing on smaller build plates and also eliminates the possibility of the hinges fusing together. Hotend Assembly Holders: Has small retainers in the space that securely holds the hot end assemblies in place. It's designed to be a snug fit so they don't fall out when you close the box. See the gallery for detailed look. Compartments: Fully customizable! Use all the included dividers or print any of the ones you want plus more. Whatever you want to store, this box can accommodate. Please share how yours is arranged! There are litterally HUNDREDS of variations! Mix and match divider colors to help organize! Box Dimensions 175mm length 107mm width (not including hinge and latch) 61mm height (closed) Thanks to Nanodesigner for making a 3D model of the Bambu Lab X1C Nozzle!
