About this 3D model

Modern Urban Terrain is a collaborative series from Ben Gayer, Will Walker, Nasos Maloudis, and the Patrons of Aether Studios. This set was sculpted by Ben Gayer – specifically upon request. He did a fantastic job on this set and I insisted we name it after him. Later, Will added options on the roof and mounted the building on our sidewalk tiles. Our Patrons are the ones who really made this possible, and this set is dedicated to them
